When her household is overthrown in the coup d'etat, Princess Mayuka is transmitted to Earth to recharge the supreme Weapon. After checking out the mating behaviors of Earthlings, she decides to enlist assistance from among her research subjects, university student Yoshizumi, but crash-lands on his roof. Taken hostage and shot along with her own gun by Yoshizumi, she actually is brainwashed into thinking she actually is his younger sister. Fortunately, Yoshizumi grows keen on Mayuka and decides to help her together with her mission: to awaken the powers of Akiho--the red-haired, green-eyed, appetite-driven Ultimate Weapon--using "primitive stimulation".
