In Japan, captured and renamed "Area 11", together with her younger sister lives a high school student Lelouch – exiled son of the Emperor, who had lost her mother and right to the throne. The young man differs from his peers not only the origin – he's a very gifted person, only where to apply these abilities? Suddenly, Lelouch is involved in a collision between Japanese and British soldiers terrorists. So he meets a mysterious girl "C. C."
